Who delivers residential High Speed Internet Services in Jakarta (and to the West) in Indonesia?

We have relatives who would like to talk using Yahoo Messenger. But they have difficulty purchasing high speed internet services in Bekasi, West of Jakarta. I bet there are several vendors, but I have no idea who to contact there. It would be best if I could speak with them directly, but that means they need to speak ENGLISH…. Help??

    There are several in the Jakarta area, but the only one I know of (I’m not in Jakarta) is Telkom “Speedy” which can be purchased from the principal phone company PT Telkom. It’s not really high speed, but it’s at least twice as fast as dial-up and works okay for Skype and Yahoo Messenger.

    I don’t really know but this matter, you should call these numbers (websites don’t support english) but I checked that they have widen service to Bekasi area
